Ideally any LED lamp will work when you use the right adapter.
Let me know if you need any help.

Do you have any pictures of the clip on the H7 bulb and orientation to the LED elements on the bulb? Do the LED's aim at 6 oc'lock and 12 o'clock when installed or 3 o'clock and 9 o'clock?
Sometimes, a picture is worth 1000 words, this is one of them.

Regarding orientation: I have the LED diodes in 3 – 9 o’clock position. If there in this position, then the pattern is ok. Otherwise you don’t have a good cut-off and blind oncoming traffic.
