eManager preheat?

I can't seem to get my 2019 eGolf SE to preheat in the morning. I have it set to 74 degrees, plugged into the charger, and "heat with battery". I also have a departure time set.

What am I missing?

I thought it was, but I found this screen where it was not checked. I'll see if it works in the morning.
