Comfort Windows Open/Close

I have a 2017 SEL Premium, and have enabled the Comfort Windows in the vehicle settings, however, holding down the remote buttons don't do anything.

What am I missing?

If you are in North America, or, US specifically, I read that the feature is disabled due to safety concerns whereby pinch protection is off while using this feature. You can enable it using OBDeleven diagnostic and scan tool for your e-Golf.

Not exactly sure what "comfort windows" means, but when I lock my car, if I continue to hold the lock button on the key fob, all of the windows close.

I believe the correct description is “Convenience mode” or “Convenience opening”

I was wrong. I have been able to get all windows to close by holding my hand on car door handle. I tried using the key fob tonight and windows did not close.

I used OBD11 to enable this for the keyfob
