air condition turning on by iteself

We have a 2016 SEL e-golf we purchase about a month ago. Three times the air conditioning system has started in the garage with the car off. We cannot figure out why or how to prevent it. Any ideas appreciated.

It sounds like it's enabled via timer settings. There's a setting that allows you to preset a temperature at a certain time.

Go into the timers and under each timer profile make sure it's "Climate:Off." While you're in those settings check to make sure the times, minimum and maximum charge, etc. are to your liking.

In the e-manager settings, is the "climate control using battery power" box checked? If yes, then uncheck it.
