I wanted to share that VW customer service has been a wonderful resource and getting some issues resolved for me.

One way we can make sure that corporate hears our concerns and addresses them in a timely fashion is to call CS and open a case.
If the 100 plus users on here all called and expressed the frustration we share regarding CarNet in general and delayed charging in particular, no doubt the fix would happen sooner rather than later.

Agreed! I contacted VW customer service yesterday via web chat for advice on proper/safe use of the various regen braking levels. The rep wasn't able to help me, but a technical specialist is supposed to follow-up shortly.

I also mentioned my frustration with CarNet & suggested that they read through online forums (this one in particular) to see what owners are saying and how common some of these concerns are.

After chatting online with support, I was given the email address: [email protected] to contact for concerns. I sent them a lengthy list of my concerns with the vehicle. I will update this thread if I see any sign that sending to this email address goes anywhere but an email black hole!
