Spring-like noise when braking

Hello,

I have the same noise . Also, a roaring sound from brakes when start driving in reverse during hot days.
It is a brand new 2020 egolf. These issues started after 1 month from purchasing the car.
Has anyone from here got the issue fixed? How?
