Thought it would be interesting to see the miles per kWh people are getting on their extended range screen. I'll start things off. Averaging 4.4 miles/kWh mostly freeway commuting in San Diego.

Sure, note my lower average speed - someone averaging 12 mph may post up a number over 6.0 mi/kWh :p

Nice. Yeah speed definitely affects it. I was at 4.5 -4.7 until I got my HOV sticker.

I think the car does really well in the HOV lane. Stable, quiet and comfortable while still able to reach EPA range numbers at California HOV lane speeds.
 
Empty HOV put me into 3.3-3.7 range... Can't get any more while doing 85 mph.

Never saw more then 4.3 at my screen. Sometime I even wish to stuck in traffic :) For that I just switch to regular lanes for a bit and quickly back to HOV. Looks like I have bad driving habits and now I'm not even shooting for that 100 miles club.
