HVAC off when starting car?

So whenever the e-Golf starts, the HVAC also automatically comes on. Does anyone know of a way to have to have it be OFF when starting the car?

I read through this thread http://www.myvwegolf.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=222 where people were wondering if the default 72 degree setting could be changed to something else and stay "stickied" after it was set.

I would just like the Climatronic to keep the HVAC off when the car turns on and not automatically start up each time.

Im going to play with VCDS to figure this out. There is a way.

I saw your other post on "VCDS Tweaks on eGolf." There are some cool things there. Seems like this can allow for further personal customizations of more settings that we could use in our cars. As you suggested, I'll have to research into that more as well to get a better understanding and how to make the mods.
