Has anyone debadged their e-golf? Any pin holes behind?

I want to remove the e-golf badge from the hatch lid. I have debadged many cars, and I'm familiar with the process. Before I go ahead, does anyone know if there are pin holes behind the badge? If so I will just leave it on.

Thanks!

It is self-adhesive with individual letters, so I doubt there are any holes behind it. See video below.

It's not a lease right? That is something they would mark as 'missing'

No no, bought it used. I'm returning my leased Volt next week though! No mods to a leased car!

Returning a Leased Car? Get it inspected early! That way no surprises when you turn it in.
Call your Leasing company to get an early inspection.

My rear hatch only has the blue "e" the "-GOLF" was debadged, no holes. I just bought the car like that. I kind of want the "-GOLF" part back though. I just ordered it on AMAZON but may return it. I can try to post a picture of it just with the "e" if you want to see it.

I just finished debadging my 2015 e-GOLF SEL. Image here:

Out of the dozens of cars I have debadged over the years, this was one of the easiest. I heated the badge up slightly with a heat gun on low, and ran dental floss between the badge and the adhesive. The letters popped right off, and the adhesive easily peeled up in a solid piece. A little bit of quick detail and some wax, and we're good!

Love the clean look.

Most modern cars use adhesive tape now, you can take it off with dental floss...

I'm saving mine because it's a lease but instead I added a badge to humor my kids..

They call the car "the fridge" (white, electric, full of groceries), so I got a Frigidaire edition E-Golf... (besides there are 3 of those in white on my parking lot, so it helps to distinguish it)
