Our 2015 e-golf is making a loud noise that sounds like a louder version of the normal motor noise. The faster you drive (faster RPM) the louder it gets.
We know it is not the sound speaker control board that makes the fake engine as we tried to disconnect it and it did not change the npoise intensity.
Has anyone experienced this?
We tried turning the car off and rotating the wheel and it doesn't make the noise but if you turn the car on it does.
We also tried rotating the tires and that did not change it.
Sounds like it is coming from the right side of the car as you are sitting in it.
