The 20 amp fuse is a regular blade type. Personally, I wouldn't bother taking it in and would just use a suitable replacement from the box in my garage. Warranty is unaffected when a suitable replacement part is used.

I second Frank3's suggestion of "rebooting" by disconnecting the 12v battery as it powers the physical disconnection of the high voltage battery every time you turn the "ignition" off; i.e. it can be expected that, absent some third power source, all volatile memory is powered by the 12v battery.

The Ebusbar H02A10 is $100 cheaper than the leviton and still provies enough amperage to max out the SE charger on 240v. However the OP mentions having an SEL so this is in the wrong thread.
