Glad to hear your e-Golf is still running strong, even with those wonky charging lights. If you're handy, you could try checking the fuses or wires around the charging port. But if you're not sure, it's probably best to let a pro take a look. They can figure out what's wrong and fix it up.

I've had great luck using the SeaSucker Mini Bomber on my Kia. It's a simple setup: the main part goes on the back roof, and the suction cup attaches to the trunk. No problems so far.

AFAIK, most OBDII stuff won't show you the details of each battery cell. You'd usually need special tools that only dealers or EV repair shops have.
