Radio reception - 2017+ Canadian

My FM reception has been declining since new... now it barely works...
I finally had my first service today, and when I said FM radio, the service advisor rolled his eyes.
Apparently every e-Golf customer has the same issue
Both he and the technician told me there is an “imminent solution” coming from VW Canada

So I will wait, and hopefully they figure it out.

Strange there is no chat about this ?.?

That's worrisome. HD Radio operates on FM, and that's all I use.

Recently got a 2020 eGolf in Canada. I'm finding the FM reception quite poor as well. Before I bring it into the dealer, was there ever a fix applied by VW?

I am in the US and having the same poor radio reception issue.
I have a 2019 SEL premium (9000 miles on odometer) and tried to call the dealership a couple times now to bring up the issue.
Every time when I call and bring up the issue they would just ask me to hold and send me right to voicemail.

Seriously thinking of trading in or selling the car now.

Why not bring your car in for a service appointment? Maybe there is a loose wire or other physical problem that can not be fixed over the phone.
