No Bluetooth Audio with SD Card?

Hi,

We use an SD card to play MP3's on the stereo, and this seems to prevent any sound from a phone app from playing at all. I use Waze, and sometimes Google Maps, and they work when I have the radio on, but not when playing music from the SD card. What's up with that?

Phone calls do work, though.

It would help to know what year & trim you have. The infotainments in the 2015 vs 2016 models are quite different.

There is an option in Google Maps to send the audio as if it were a phone call, not an audio stream. That will probably get your turn by turn instructions through.
