Navigation map from HERE, no longer supported in 2019?

I reached out to HERE, who is shows as the map vendor on the 2019 nav system.
Their response was: Thank you for inquiring about HERE Technologies. Unfortunately, we do not support the 2019 Volkswagen eGolf SEL at this time.

The map is sadly out of date. My 3 year old home does not show up, and many POI's are missing or listed with outdated information.

Yes, I can use google / apple maps, but would rather not use data if able to.

Any ideas what is going on? VW customer care was not able to assist.

Have a 2019 e-golf SE (no nav) but last month purchased a Tiguan SEL w/nav and it's maps are also out of date. Web / VW shows HERE as source for updates but they don't list any for the newer 2018/19 models. So I'm back to android auto.
Also the sirrus traffic on the built in nav is very limited

Use Google Maps by downloading maps to use offline. This way you won’t use any data, but still enjoy Android Auto.

Hello.
Wondering if 2019 SEL owners have heard or seen an update for the Navigation system?
VW dealers were not super knowledgable nor was the CS agent at VW.
