Fold flat seat

Picked up my new bicycle today, and I was surprised to find that I couldn't fold the front passenger seat in my 2019 eGolf. I'm not missing anything am I? It doesn't fold flat?

Coincidentally, my wife & I went to a bicycle sale today with our e-Golf. She rode her new bicycle home. :lol:

The front passenger seat on the US models don't fold flat (same as with any other Golf including the wagons and Alltrack). I don't know about versions made for the rest of the world.
