Fan starts itself when the car starts

I noticed that when I start the car the fan also starts every time regardless what position it was at the off time. Any suggestions ?

Get used to it, it also on 2015's, sets the temp automatically to 72F, and if my car sits 24 hrs, it ends up on 88.1 FM too, not the station I left it on, evidently that is the default value, or it goes to that station to save parasitic loss on the batteries while not being driven.

Oh, and BTW, the 2015's lock the charge handle on, until you pull your keyfob out, and press the "UNLOCK" button TWICE on your keyfob, then sometimes you have to open the right rear door too, for you to hear it unlatch and to unlock, then you can push the release button on the charge handle and remove it from the charge port.
