Fan gets noisy above 57kph

Strange request... :roll:

Driving along a few weeks ago in my 2015 eGolf and a “whining” noise started at 57kmh and above, quite annoying. (No, it was not the wife!)

I turned the fan off and the noise stopped, turning it back on the same happened... about 57-60kmh the annoying noise returns!

Yesterday I also noticed the Air Conditioning was not getting very cold.

Any investigators out there???

Does the noise occur even with fan on but AC off? If AC only, I'd suspect the compressor.
