Charging Station POI Database inop?

Last week, in a race to get home without going <0 miles on the guess-o-meter, I needed to find the closest station, closer than the Level 3 that I knew from memory. But, alas, the POI database now lists "0" for Charging Stations. Does anyone have this experience lately, that the POIs are zero'd out for the online mapping of charging stations? The rest of my MIB navigation system, including other POIs, is working just fine. There are dozens of charging stations within ~10 miles.

Try rebooting the infotainment system.

thanks -- is that different than just powering down?

Yes, hold the power button for about 15 seconds or until the infotainment reboots.

f1Geek, tried it to no avail. Still "0 Locations found." Very odd, since all the parking lots and restaurants (>100) still appear in the POI database. Is yours working? (just the Charging location POIs) - Thks, S.

I am only offering a suggestion. Sorry it did not work. My e-Golf only has CarPlay and no built in navigation. Try giving VW a call. Best of luck!
