Are any new owners having issues with car-net? I called and set up my account 5 days ago, I've registered and I can log into my car-net account. However, nothing works. On the web portal, after loggin into: https://carnet.vw.com/ , whenever I try to click on "Battery" it takes me to blank page that says "Remote Control is temporarily unavailable." Its been saying that for the last 4 days every time I log into the website.
The app on my android phone is also not working right. I can log in and look at charging settings, but I can't actually set up new locations, new charging schedules, etc. Every time I try to save a new setting, it trys to "synchronizing", then give me a failure message. Did anyone else go through this in the first couple of days? They said on the phone it would take 24 to 48 hours for it work from the time I set it up, but its been 4 days now.
