Can't find an eGolf in NY Metro area; "Discontinued"

Hi folks, thanks for having me.

First, I can't find any eGolf's in stock at any dealers in NY. Is there a better way than calling each one? Could I get one shipped from another state?

Second, at least one salesperson told me that the eGolf has been 'discontinued'. My interpretation of this is that it isn't yet on their 2017 order sheets, and VW is waiting to release the revised model with a larger battery (per rumors here and elsewhere online).

Anyway, I want one and can't get one.
