Sad to say that on going issues with our eGolf have forced a decision to have it bought back.
VW has been very straight up and professional through the whole process, nothing but praise for their handling of our particular circumstances.
This is a great forum and from what I have learned VW take concerns voiced here seriously, keep up the good work!

So their confidence that it was the EVSE and not the car didn't pan out for them? That's now two buybacks mentioned on this forum. I wonder if their strategy is the buyback instead of fixing the issue.
