Air Conditioning Issues?

I have a 2015 eGolf. The air con has started to play up. The temp is never really hot or cold. I got the pollen filter swapped but I am wondering would it be a fuse gone?

Would anyone know which fuse it is on the board?

Check if the compressor is working, if it does, may be you need to add the refrigerant. You can DIY same as the other car.

There is a software issue with the HVAC in the e-Golf. It can get into a state where it doesn't work properly but the fix is simple. The dealer service tech just needs to reset something in the computer. Most people who lose heating (heat pump equipped) or A/C don't have any actual repair, just a computer reset and it's back to normal.

When my car was not quite 2 years old, I had an issue where the A/C didn't seem to blow cold. It turned out to be a faulty A/C pressure switch.
