Hello,
Recently i got some issues with the climate in my 2019 model e-golf. It only blows out cold air, and thats not so suitable for me here in cold Norway.
When i run auto scan through my VCDS i only get one fault, and thats under C5 Therm. mgt. (J1024). The fault code says that there something wrong with local databus:

As you can see from the scan there are several components that are missing, like sensors, ac comp and valves. I have read the wiring diagram and found out that all the missing components that doesnt show up on the auto scan is one the same LIN bus. This is the troubleshooting ive done so far:
- Calibrated HVAC
- Checked AC rele
- Checked all temp/press sensors in VCDS and they provide all info theyre supposed to do.
- Checked/measured the LIN wire between J1024 and AC compressor.
- Checked all grounding points.
- Checked 12V battery voltage (12.6V without being connected)
- Check all fuses.
- Checked AC refrigerant.
- Also checked all connectors related for corrosion.
Im about to buy new (used) Thermal management control module (J1024) and see if thats the problem.... And im wondering if the new old one needs to be coded in?
Any other suggestions for further troubleshooting?
