I was hoping to find a Pioneer unit for this purpose, but Pioneer units do not provide the charging information required for this car. Looks like I end up looking for a original VW e-Golf unit. Searched e-Bay with no luck, - so far...........

Yes. It is not only the maps that is the issue here. According to the local (Norwegian) dealer, it is the whole unit that needs to be changed, - from US standard to European standard. If I need to do that, and buy an original VW Navigation unit, - we are talking big money............... :cry:

Hei! New on this forum........ I have an US imported e-Golf 2015 model. The current Navigation do not work in Europe, (Surprise.........) :cry: Any suggestions of how to get it to work, other than changing the whole unit? Do Pioneer supply a Navigation that will work in an e-Golf? Thanks!
