    Very likely the heat pump. It is known to be very noisy with the 2017 model at least. Mine definitely is.

    The inconsistent reset of the Since Charge statistics is a known issue with the 2017, at least for the Canadian models. VW has yet to provide a fix. You have a Canadian or American unit?

    Charging without WIFI

    I can confirm that the flo X5 doesn't stop charging if it's not connected to the flo cloud. It keeps track of the data internally and will report it back to the server after re-connecting. I have yet to lose the data from a charging session.

    I went with the flo X5 as it is from a local company in Quebec City. IMO, the unit is very solid, but the software is still young and has place for improvement. Communication with the router/Internet is done through Power Line Communication, not WiFi. This should be a zero-configuration setup...
