Yeah I got a letter about some cable housing by the charger that makes the charger make a sound. I don't remember exactly... It's nothing serious.

I had a different freezing problem the other day.. The panel to get to the charger wouldn't open. I'd press it and nothing.. I guess it was frozen shut or something, so I had to stick a credit card in there to pop it open. I also wish there was a light on the charge port.

I've definitely noticed those. I also assumed they were suction marks from the factory, but have not tried to get rid of them. It's not great to hear that you can't get rid of them :( Please update this thread if you manage to get rid of them somehow

Yes, just press the "i" button in your car and they'll get your car-net account setup. I haven't used the timer feature (no need for it), but the pre-heating is nice :)

Do you mean the power gauge? Is it pinned to "max"? If so, that may be normal because that doesn't drop down until you get to very low range (~10 miles)
